Panic attacks are scary. Not knowing the signs and symptoms can be even scarier. So, what I’m going to do is share with you the signs and symptoms of panic attacks. That way, you’ll know when you’re having an attack and how you can stop it from happening.

The signs of a panic attack are:

1. Chest pain. When our chest tightens, it could cause hyperventilation, dizziness, or heart palpitations.

2. General paralysis. You simply freeze up. You feel like you can’t move and you feel like you’re going insane.

3. Throat tightens. This is another sign of panic attacks. Your throat closes up, making it hard for you to breathe.
